Home loans, without
the runaround.

Buying, refinancing, investing or building. We compare the lenders that actually suit your situation, prepare the application properly, and manage it through to settlement.

What we do

Most home loan problems are structure problems.

Two lenders will look at the same income and land tens of thousands apart, because they treat overtime, bonuses, HECS, rental income and existing debt differently. Chasing the sharpest advertised rate is how people end up with a loan that says no to their next move.

We start with what you want to do over the next few years, then work backwards to the structure and the lender that keeps those options open. The rate matters. It is not the only thing that matters.

Who we work with

  • First home buyers, including guarantor and government scheme options
  • Upgraders juggling a sale and a purchase
  • Investors adding to or restructuring a portfolio
  • Owners refinancing a loan that has quietly drifted
  • Self-employed applicants, company and trust structures
  • Building or renovating on a construction loan
  • Applicants who have been declined elsewhere

Where we help

Six situations, one process.

First home buyers

Deposit, grants, guarantor structures and lenders mortgage insurance, mapped out before you bid so your pre-approval means something at auction.

Refinancing

We price your current loan against the market, and tell you plainly when staying put is the better outcome.

Investment lending

Servicing, offsets, splits and equity release, structured so the next purchase is still possible after this one.

Construction

Progress payment loans, builder documentation and valuations. We have been on the builder's side of these, which helps when they stall.

Self-employed

Add-backs, trading history, recent ABNs and alt-doc options when payslips are not the story.

Complex applications

Trusts, multiple entities, unusual income, prior declines. The files other brokers hand back.

What it costs

Nothing, on a standard residential loan.

The lender pays us a commission when your loan settles. We disclose that amount to you in writing before you apply, and we are not paid more for putting you with one lender over another. Some specialist and commercial transactions carry a fee, which we tell you about up front.
