Our team came up through residential construction and property development as well as broking. We have read the contracts, ordered the valuations and waited on progress payments ourselves.
That shows up most on construction, development and commercial files, where deals die in the paperwork rather than the numbers. It shows up on a straightforward first home loan too, just less visibly.
We are accredited through AFG, one of Australia's largest aggregators, which gives our clients access to a panel of more than 80 lenders and over 10,000 finance products. The access is theirs. The strategy, the structure and the management of your application are ours.
